2.Aplicam pe degetul mijlociu si inelar doua straturi de oja sclipicioasa si dsenam norisorii ( tutorial )
2.Apply on the middle and ring finger two coats of sparkle nail polish
and draw the clouds ( tutorial )

3.Pe restul unghiutelor aplicam doua straturi de oja bleo
3.On the rest of the nails apply light blue nail polish
4.Top coat si gata!
